Mind this
No concession; bring lunch

Quogue Village Beach is the one public ocean beach in the Village of Quogue, at 170 to 172 Dune Road. It is staffed from Memorial Day weekend, weekends only until late June and then every day through Labor Day, from 10am to 6pm, an hour longer than most Town beaches.

Quogue is small and quiet, and so is the beach. It has lifeguards, a head lifeguard and beach manager, and locker rentals through the Village’s forms and permits page. There is no concession, so plan to bring lunch. For a beach with a snack bar, Rogers Beach in Westhampton Beach is the closest, and for a Town of Southampton alternative on the other side try Hot Dog Beach in East Quogue.

Beach stickers and lockers are handled through the Village. For access rules see Hamptons Beach Pass. The Army Corps of Engineers’ Fire Island to Montauk Point project can affect the dune and the beach here.
