Hamptons Beach Day is published by Liberty Design Studio. We collect as little as we need to learn which pages help readers and to count sponsored placements.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, referrers and outbound clicks, including clicks to Hamptons Key and other sites. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. We send only the page address without any query string. Visits from our own devices, automated browsers and non-production hosts are excluded. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also records basic request logs and performance data.
Sponsored placements
Sponsored cards are requested through this site, not directly by your browser. When a card has been visible for a moment we send a small event to count the impression. To avoid counting a reload twice, your browser stores a short-lived key in local storage for 30 minutes. It holds no personal identifier. Clicking a sponsored card takes you to the sponsor, who has its own privacy practices.
Forms
The advertising form on the advertise page sends what you type to Liberty Design Studio so we can reply. It is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a check in your browser. We do not run any other forms or accounts.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles or show a consent banner, because we do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. If that changes we will update this page first.
